Obituary for Anita Sue Garrett Anita Sue Garrett, 71, of Bicknell, IN passed away Saturday evening November 7, 2015 with her family at her bedside. She was born January 21, 1944 in St. Joseph MO the daughter of Ralph T. and Beatrice M. Hagen Rouse. She received her A.S. Degree in Licensed Practical Nursing from Community College in Little Rock, AR. She was a member of the 1st Christian Church in West Memphis, AR and the DAV Auxiliary. She married Jerry W. Garrett on July 16, 1971 and the made their life together for 44 years. She is survived by her husband, Jerry W. Garrett, children, Mike Mattingly of Cherokee Village, AR, Chuck Mattingly of Vincennes, IN, Steven Mattingly of Phoenix, AZ, Margaret Mattingly of Oaktown, IN, Jerry Wayne Garrett of Jonesboro, AR, Candace Garrett of Evansville, IN and Christopher Garrett of Oaktown, IN. 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a step brother Scott Rouse of St. Joseph, MO also survive. She was preceded in death by a son, Richard A. Garrett, in 2003, her parents, and a brother, Alan Rouse. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday November 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Glenn Turner officiating at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel. She will be laid to rest in the Bicknell Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the donor�s charity of choice.
