Obituary for Bonnie J. Adams
Bonnie J. Adams, 88, of Vincennes, passed away Wednesday December 6, 2017 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Bonnie was born September 13, 1929 in Gibson County the daughter of William and Pearl Lownsdale Watkins. She was a registered nurse at the Good Samaritan Hospital for over 50 years serving as a supervisor and in the health office. She married John C. Adams and they made their life together for 52 years until his death on October 20, 2002. Bonnie held membership in Indiana Presbyterian Church, attended Central Church of Christ and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by a son, Keith W. Adams, and his wife Mai of Vincennes, her grandsons, Clay Adams and Nicholas Adams and a great granddaughter, Ally Adams.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Adams, her parents, a brother Robert Watkins and a sister, Joan Bobbit.
Funeral services will be private. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Central Church of Christ or to Indiana Presbyterian Church Cemetery Fund.
