Obituary for Connie G. Mize
Obituary for Connie G. Mize Connie G. Mize, 59, of Vincennes, passed away Sunday September 16, 2012 at 10:30 PM. She was born December 8, 1952 in Vincennes, IN the daughter of Robert W. Sr. & Lelah Harrell Mize. She was a member of the first graduating class of South Knox High School and she worked for many years as the clerk of Superior Court II with Judge James Osborne. She was a member of American Business Women�s Assn. and she formerly attended Wilson Creek Church and the Methodist Church in Monroe City area. She is survived by her brothers, Robert W. Mize Jr. and his wife Jewel of Monroe City, IN and Donald L. Mize, and his wife Ann of Monroe City, IN. Her Nieces and Nephews, Robin Montgomery, and her husband Ross M, Don Mize, Michael Mize and Annette Mize. She is also survived by her great nieces and nephews, Jade Montgomery, Bailey Montgomery, Allyson Mize, Alaynie Mize and Brittany Montgomery. She was a special sister, aunt and great aunt to all of her family. Her parents preceded her in death. Funeral services to celebrate her life will be conducted Wednesday September 19, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Ron Small officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm Wednesday evening at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Gravesite services will be conducted Thursday at the Mt. Zion Cemetery on Hiway 61 near Monroe City at 11:30 AM. She will be laid to rest next to her parents. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the GSH Cancer Center or Indiana Military Museum through the funeral home.
