Obituary for Dorothy A. Siewers Fisher Dorothy A. Siewers Fisher, 85, passed away at 5:10 AM Sunday October 2, 2016 at the Lodge of the Wabash with her family at her bedside. She was born December 8, 1930 in Vincennes the daughter of Victor J. and Marie Bouchie Gluck. She was a 1949 graduate of Saint Rose Academy. She married Meinrad F. Siewers and they made their life together until his death in 1997. She married Robert E. Fisher and he preceded her in death in 2007. She was a Independent Insurance Agent, a member of the National Assn of Life Underwriters, she was a member of St. Vincent Catholic Church, American Legion & VFW Auxiliaries, the KofC Auxiliary, St. Vincent Altar Society and the Moose Auxiliary. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards with her family and friends and the gathering of her family. She is survived by her children, Vicki Boultinghouse, and her husband Ron of Vincennes, Joe Siewers of Vincennes, Mary Riley, and her husband David of Indianapolis, IN, Bill Siewers of Virginia Beach, VA, Carol Ellermann of Vincennes, Nick Siewers, and his wife Michelle of Virginia Beach, VA, Scott Siewers, and his wife Gayle of Vincennes, Sherry Deane, and her husband Kevin of Indianapolis, IN, her step children, Mary T. Asher of Glendale, AZ, Robert Fisher Jr., and his wife Dana of Lebanon, OH and Cathy Fisher of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by 27 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren and a sister Barbara Butler of Jacksonville, FL. She was preceded in death by her first husband Meinrad Siewers, her second husband Bob Fisher, a grandson, Ryan Copp, her parents, and a brother Joseph Gluck. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday October 5, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent Catholic Church with Fr. David Fleck and Fr Timothy Tenbarge officiating. She will be laid to rest in the St. Vincent Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 PM Tuesday at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Activities Department at the Lodge of the Wabash or the Donor�s Charity of Choice.
