Obituary for Dorothy L. McClure Dorothy L. McClure, 89, of Bicknell, passed away Saturday August 2, 2014 at 6:06 PM at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born February 10, 1925 in Vincennes the daughter of Elzo & Lovie Webber Hawkins. She was a graduate of Washington High School and she married Leonard McClure on May 8, 1949. They made their life together for 45 years until his death in 1994. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her children, Donna S. McClure of Clearwater, FL, Gary W. McClure, and his wife Lisa of Bicknell, Denese K. Burton, and her husband Dave of Washington, IN and Brian L. McClure, and his wife Sandra of Bicknell, IN. Her beloved grandchildren, Ryan & Jill McClure, Dustin & Angie McClure, Ashley & Dedrick Cosby, Kyle Burton, Kelsey Burton, Nathan McClure, Trisha Roark and Krista Perkins, and her great grandchildren, Jaila Cosby, Baylee McClure, Audrey McClure, Nash McClure, Emalee Clark and she was expecting Owen Burton at any time. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard, a grandson, Nicholas McClure, her parents, 1 brother and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be celebrated on Wednesday August 6, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel with Rex Burton officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Asbury Chapel Cemetery next to her husband. The family will receive friends from Tuesday August 5, 2014 at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel from 5 to 8 PM. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Good Samaritan Hospital Cancer Center
