Obituary for Eulah M. Adams Eulah M. Adams, 85, of Vincennes passed away Friday April 6, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born September 1, 1926 in Terre Haute, IN the daughter of Ezra Jacob & Ona Esther Johnson Tilley. She was married to Frank Adams, and he preceded her in death. She formerly was a sales clerk with K-Mart and lived in Vincennes for the last 20 years. A close friend, Hubert Decker of Vincennes, survives her and her husband, her parents, a brother and a sister preceded her in death Gravesite services will be conducted Tuesday April 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery with Roger Wright officiating. She will be laid to rest in Memorial Park. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the donor�s charity of choice. Arrangements were entrusted to Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home.
