Obituary for Floyd Eugene Chambers Floyd Eugene Chambers, 93, of Bicknell, IN passes away Friday September 16, 2016 at 10:00 PM at the Freelandville Community Home. He was born January 2, 1923 in Edwardsport, IN the son of Byron Dorsey and Elizabeth Ritchey Chambers. He was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Edwardsport, IN and worked at Essex Wire until his retirement. He formerly worked at McCord Manufacturing in Washington, IN. He was married to Iris Jean Winninger who preceded him in 1983. He is survived by his children, Wynona J. McKinnon, and her husband Jon of Bicknell, Tony R. Chambers, and his wife Patricia of Duluth, MN, Roslyn K. Cameron, and her husband John of Bicknell, IN, Beth Ann Waters of Lawrenceville, IL, Ellen M. Keller, and her husband Martin of Bicknell, IN, Jeffery Chambers, and his wife Tina of Bicknell, IN and Tracy Wayne Chambers, and his wife Angelique of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by 25 Grandchildren, 40 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Iris Jean Chambers, his son�s, Floyd L. Chambers and Samuel Chambers, his brothers, Byron Chambers, Ermil Chambers, Cletus Chambers, John Chambers, Harold Chambers. his sisters, Mildred Lewis, Stella Arnett and Helen Lewis. Gravesite services will be conducted Monday September 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Edwardsport Town Cemetery with Pastor Jon McKinnon officiating. He will be laid to rest next to his wife.
