Obituary for Francis J. Cordeau Francis J. Cordeau, 85, of Vincennes, passed away at 10:10 PM Friday November 18, 2011 at the Lodge of the Wabash. He was born November 12, 1926 in Indianapolis, IN the son of Frank Justin & Flora Belle Hess Cordeau. He was a graduate of Fricthton High School and the Indiana Business College. In his working career, he was a cost accountant for McLain Trucking in Indianapolis. He moved to Vincennes to be with his family and was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He is survived by his sisters, Marie A. McRae and her husband Bill of Vincennes, Helen Brittingham of Ormond Beach, FL, Alice F. Harper of Vincennes and Jeanie Dunt and her husband Linus of Bruceville, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews whom he thought of as his own. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 sister, Roberta L. Williams and Charlene L. Cox. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday November 22, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Fr. Jason Gries officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to the time of services. Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to Sacred Heart Catholic Church or the donor�s charity of choice.
