Obituary for Fred D. Fowler Fred D. Fowler, 60, formerly of Bicknell, passed away Friday January 24, 2013 at Terre Haute Hospital. He was born May 5, 1953 in Denver, CO the son of Fred C. & Helen Mays Fowler. He was a laborer in with various construction companies. He was a kind and gentle man. He is survived by his family, a son Jeffrey Pund of Brazil, IN, a daughter Sylvia Randle of Ferdinand, IN, a sister Cynthia Junge of Ft. Worth TX and a brother. James Fowler of Austin, TX. 4 grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Divine and his parents. As per his wishes, there will be private services conducted. Arrangements entrusted to Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel.
