Obituary for Fred W. Pulley
Fred W. Pulley, 88, of Clarksville, IN, passed away Saturday May 18, 2019 at his residence with his family at his bedside. Fred was born August 7, 1930 in Marion, IN the son of Walter Ruben and Era Irene Martz Pulley. He graduated high school and began his career having served his country during the Korean War stationed in Colorado Springs, CO and after his service he returned to Indiana. He worked for the United Postal Service and became a real estate specialist for USPS. He married Jane Hess and they made their life together for 25 years. Fred was a husband, father, grandfather, friend and realtor.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Hess Pulley, his children, Pam Pulley Case and Mark Pulley. His loving step children, Jerry George, Lisa Hunter, Susie Cooper, and Chrissi McKinley. He is also survived by several grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be celebrated Sunday May 26, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Deacon Earl Ruppel officiating. He will be laid to rest in the St. Vincent Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the donor’s charity of choice. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist the Pulley family during their time of loss.
