Obituary for Harold Leonard Clark
Harold Leonard Clark, 69, of Oaktown, IN passed away July 27, 2020 at his residence. Harold was born January 12, 1951 in Vincennes, IN the son of Goldie K and Helen R. Chambers Clark. He worked for many years at Griffin Industries and retired from the company. He was a member of the Emison United Methodist Church, he loved the Lord and he loved his family and friends and never met a stranger. He enjoyed the outdoors being an avid hunter and fishing. If you could not find Harold, he could be located on the riverbank or in a boat fishing. He married Ernestine (Tina) Ridgeway who preceded him in death. He married Marsha Cotterell on December 19, 2009 and they made their life together for nearly 11 years.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha Clark, his son, Harold Lee Clark and his wife Dustie of Bicknell, IN, He is also survived by his grandchildren, Tommy Fox, Cheyanne Clark and Hannah Clark, his brothers, Arnold Clark, and his wife Patricia (Pat) of Vincennes, IN, Donald Clark, and his wife Ethel of Emison, IN and a sister, Donna Conteres of Laredo, TX
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers, Kenny Clark, George Clark, Bob Clark, Danny Clark, Mark Clark and 2 Sisters, Faye Clark in infancy and Mary Ammons.
Funeral services will be celebrated on Wednesday July 29, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel Pastor Glenn Archer officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest next to his first wife, Tina Clark in the Bicknell Memorial Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the family to assist with the expenses of his last illness. Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel is honored to assist the Clark Family during their time of loss.
