Obituary for Harold Maurice McCrary Harold Maurice McCrary, 74, formerly of Oaktown, IN, passed away at the home of his daughter in Bicknell, IN, Tuesday August 20, 2013. He was born April 13, 1939 in Vincennes the son of Glenn & Geneva Sheren McCrary. He was a farmer and retired from the Oaktown Farm Bureau CO-OP. He lived his Christian faith in his actions everyday of his life. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and a friend to everyone he met. He married Janice Kay Keene and they made their life together until her death in 2003. He is survived by his children, Kathy Skelton, Owensville, IN, Phyllis Wineinger, and her husband Clede of Bicknell, Darron M. McCrary, and his wife Jennifer of Sullivan, his grandchildren, Tosha Riggle, and her husband Kevin, Ashley Harris, Darron McCrary Jr, and his wife Debra and Glen Skelton. His great grandchildren, Gavin, Emily, Tyler, Tucker and Haven. He is also survived by his sister, Linda Hagemeier of Bruceville, IN, his brothers, Jim McCrary, and his wife Mary of Oaktown and Tom McCrary of Bruceville, IN. He was preceded in death by his wife Janice Kay McCrary, a grandson, Brooke Harris, his parents, a sister, Norma Mouzin and 4 brothers, Jack McCrary, Larry McCrary, Bob McCrary and Gene McCrary. Funeral services will be celebrated Saturday August 24, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel in Bicknell with Roger Wright officiating. He will be laid to rest next to his wife in the Oaktown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM Saturday until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the donor�s charity of choice.
