Obituary for James �Jim� Faith James �Jim� Faith, 69, of Vincennes passed away Friday morning at 5:55 AM at the Good Samaritan Hospital with his family at his bedside. He was born July 2, 1945 in rural Bruceville, IN the son of Charles Ivan & Helen Elizabeth Hagen Faith. He was a graduate of Oaktown High School the last class before the formation of North Knox School Corp. He formerly worked at the Bolenbaugh Service Station and he went to work at Dumes Inc. as a crane operator and retired after 38 years. He was a classic car enthusiast for anything Pontiac. He and Cindy J. Malott spent nearly 40 years together and he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by his faithful dog �Smoky� . He is survived by his wife, Cindy Faith, their children, Charles L. Faith of Bicknell, IN, Dan J. Bottoms of Emison, IN, Brad Faith and Travis Faith both of Vincennes. His Grandsons, Daniel E. Bottoms, Joshua J. Bottoms, Louis W. Faith, Brent �Jim Bob� Faith and Gage Myers. A Great granddaughter, Novalee Bottoms. His brothers, Darrell Faith, Duane Faith, Lonnie Faith, all of Bicknell, his sisters, Emily Ellerman and Geraldine Strange, both of Bicknell, IN, Delores Bolenbaugh of Carlisle, IN, Joyce Meredith of Vincennes, IN, Karen Roark of Oaktown, Brenda Smith of Bicknell, IN and Gayle Petelle of Princeton, IN also survive him. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a great grandson, Keegan Bottoms, His parents, 4 brothers, Charles Faith, Stanley Faith, Doug Faith and Larry Faith. A gathering to celebrate his life will be held Monday May 11, 2015 at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM. They ask all to share the stories and memories of Jim they are blessed with.
