Obituary for James L Wilson
Obituary for James L. Wilson James L. Wilson, 73. of Oaktown, IN passed away June 17, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Hospital with his family at his bedside. He was born June 22, 1941 in Indian Springs, IN the son of Charles O. and Ruth Allen Wilson. He served his country in the U.S. Navy form 1959 to 1963 then he worked for the Crane Naval Station as a procurement manager in the munitions area. He married May Hedge who survives. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion in Shoals and the Masonic Lodge and Shrine in Shoals, IN. where he served as a past officer of the Shrine. He is survived by his wife, May Hedge Wilson, a daughter, Carla Rincker, and her husband, Rodney of Shoals, IN and a son Richard �Troy� Wilson, and his wife Amy of Bloomington, IN. His grandchildren, Miranda Mullins, Tyler Mullins, Faith Wilson, Miranda Mitchell. His brothers, Bill Wilson, and his wife Karen of Washington, IN, Rex Wilson of Shoals, IN, a sister, Vivian �Pete� Beard and her husband Don of Shoals, IN also survive. He was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Brassine and his parents. Funeral Services will be celebrated Saturday June 20, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Pastor Loy Baird officiating. He will be laid to rest with Military Honors presented at the Sugarland Memorial Garden Cemetery, Washington, IN. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 PM Friday June 19, 2015 at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home and prior to the service on Saturday. Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the donor�s charity of choice.
