Obituary for Jennie Lee Kimmell Jennie Lee Kimmell, 74, of Vincennes passed away Wednesday August 31, 2016 at the Good Samaritan Hospital with her family at her bedside. She was born May 25, 1942 in Joliet, IL the daughter of Woodrow and Helen Furnish Fisher. She was a clerk at Ft. Knox Liquor and a bartender at The Manhattan, Beacon Light and various establishments. She was a Christian and displayed her faith in her actions. She had a longtime companion, John R. Hatcher who preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, Michael Lee Kimmell, and his wife, Dawn of Vincennes, IN and a daughter, Sally A. Monceaux, and her husband, Tracy of Crowley LA. Her grandchildren, Eric M. Kimmell, Aaron Kimmell and Timothy Monceaux. Her step children, John C. Hatcher, Wade Hatcher, Mark Hatcher, Faron Hatcher, Robert J. Hatcher and Sharissa Hostetler all of Valley City, ND. She is also survived by two sisters, Nancy Scott of Gas City, IN and Katherine Jones of Vincennes and several step grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded by her longtime companion, John R. Hatcher, her parents, a son Jeffery Lee Kimmell and two sisters, Shirley Pierce and Patricia Miller. A Celebration of Jennie�s Life will be held Saturday October 1, 2016 from 2 to 4 PM at the Knight of Columbus where the family will receive friends to share her life stories.
