Obituary for Kimberly "Kim" Like
Kimberly "Kim" Rinehart Like, 62, of Oaktown, IN, passed away Monday February 20, 2023 at the Hillside Manor Nursing Home in Washington, IN with her family at her bedside. Kim was born March 23, 1960 in Vincennes the daughter of Arthur T. and Colleen Baldwin Rinehart. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School and worked as a nurse's aid at the Good Samaritan Hospital for many years. She married Randall Like on August 27, 1980 and they made their life together for nearly 43 years.
Kim is survived by her husband, Randall Like, children, Abby Like of Oaktown, IN, Erica Smith of Bicknell, IN, Jeremy Like of Oaktown, IN and Aaron Like of Vincennes, IN. Their grandchildren, Brieanna Wilson, Kolton Oliver, Brayten Heacock, Cayden Smith, Ethan Smith, Eli Smith, Jayden Like and Keesten Like. Her brothers and sister, Randy Rinehart, Jerome Rinehart, James Rinehart, all of Vincennes, IN and Rebecca S. Rinehart Koenig of Bicknell, IN. Two great grandchildren are expected late this summer and many nieces and nephews will miss her.
Kim was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Arthur “Tom” Rinehart and Brenda Catiller.
A gathering to celebrate her life will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday March 5, 2023 at Duesterberg- Fredrick Funeral home with Kerri Coe officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:30 PM until the time of service at 6:00 PM. Duesterberg- Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist the Like family during their time of loss.
