Obituary for Lois J. Fields
Lois J. Fields, 70, formerly of Vincennes, passed away Friday July 2, 2021 at the Stonecroft Health Campus in Bloomington, IN. Lois was born January 16, 1951 in Vincennes the daughter of William and Virginia Spore Robinson. Lois was a graduate of Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, IN and Vincennes University. She earned her license as a LPN and worked in the healthcare field. She was a member of the Central Church of Christ and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Lois is survived by her son's, Adam Van de Bossche of Indianapolis, IN and Joseph Branam, and his companion Emily Creech of Bloomington, IN. her grandchildren, Alyssa Van de Bossche, Brandy Van de Bossche, Nova Branam and she was expecting her 4th grandchild soon, a great granddaughter, Adalynn McCoy, and a sister, Lana Vierdag (Mike Gooldy) of Bloomington, IN. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and many cousins.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Virginia Robinson.
Funeral services will be celebrated Friday July 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Harley Archer officiating at Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Lois will be laid to rest next to her parents in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Family will receive friends from 12:00 PM Noon until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Samaritan Center, 121 Buntin St. Vincennes, IN 47591. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist the Lois Fields family during their time of loss.
