Mary Lou Hill, 79, of Vincennes, passed away Wednesday September 18, 2019 at 12:30 PM at the Kindred North Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. Mary Lou was born March 15, 1940 the daughter of Floyd and Louella Reed Steel. She was a 1958 graduate of St. Rose Academy and she married Howard A. Hill on September 12, 1964 and they made their life together for over 55 Years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and she enjoy helping others rather than herself. Mary Lou was a devoted Mother, Wife, Grandmother and Friend.

She is survived by her husband, Howard A. Hill of Vincennes, IN, a son, Daniel Hill, and his wife Ann of Vincennes, IN, her grandchildren, Danielle Hill, Brittany Snider, Ashley Marshall and Amber Leal. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Randy Joe Hill, her parents, and a brother, Ross Steel .

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Monday September 23, 2019 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Tony Ernst officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 PM Sunday at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Sacred Heart Building Fund.
