Obituary for Paulina Paul
Paulina Paul, 96 of Vincennes passed away October 1, 2022 in Evansville; IN. Paulina was born October 21, 1925 in Leogane Providence, Haiti the daughter of SameTone Paul and Degrace Victor Paul. She was a graduate of high school in Haiti and was a businesswoman in Miami, FL for many years working to become a citizen of the United States. She was involved in many retail businesses in the Miami Florida community. She attended First Christian Church in Vincennes and was a member of the Worship Center in Miami, FL.
Paulina is survived by her children, Carmelot Desrosiers of Washington, D.C. and Marie Rose M. Paul of Vincennes, IN. Her beloved grandchildren, Samslia Jean, Claudy Jean, Carmglaux Desrosiers, Kervens Jean, and Tonisha Desrosiers. Her great grandchildren, Christopher Desrosiers, Brandon Morris, Victoria Desrosiers, Jalan Desrosiers, Pablo Jean and Christian Jean. She will be missed by her several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cedie Desrosiers, her parents, a brother, Messier Paul and 2 sisters, Lucienne Paul and Clairomane Paul.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday October 7, 2022 at 11:30 AM with Pastor Mike Flynn officiating at Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Paulina will be laid to rest in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 11:30 at the funeral home. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist Paulina’s family during their time of loss
