Obituary for Robert E. Cummings Robert E. Cummings, 60, of Vincennes, passed away December 9, 2012 at his home. He was born July 8, 1952 in Vincennes the son of Chester O. & Betty Fields Cummings. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam war and he was a truck driver for various companies. He is survived by his children Jeanna Cummings of Edwardsport, IN and Mikeal Cummings of Bicknell, IN. His grandchildren, Rachal Cress, Christopher Cummings, Robert Cummings, Peaches Cress, Jean Cress and Connor Cummings. Step sons, Chad & J.T. Oliver. He is also survived by his brothers & sisters, Richard Cummings, and his wife Beth, Wayne Cummings, and his wife Marcie, Jackie Cummings, and his wife Darlene, Shelia Field, Janet Alton, Nancy McClure and Linda Smith all of Vincennes, IN. He was preceded in death by his son�s Robert Cummings Jr and Eric Cummings, his parents and a great niece and great-great nephew, Korrena & Braxton Gonterman. A celebration of his life will be conducted Sunday December 16, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Pastor Maurice Roll officiating. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
