Robert J. Coppock, 87, of Vincennes, IN, passed away Tuesday October 5, 2021. Bob was born March 23, 1934 in Terre Haute, IN the son of William W. and Mary Edith Frye Coppock. He was retired from Lucent Technologies formerly Indiana Bell/AT&T where he was a communications tech. He was a member of the Harmony Society, Telephone Pioneers and the AFL-CIO Communication Workers. He married Naomi (Reitmeyer) Fleck Coppock who preceded him in death on March 5, 2014.
Bob is survived by Della Rae Tyler of Plainville, IN, Darla Kae Coppock, Douglas R. Coppock, Deanna C. Ray all of Terre Haute, IN, Karel Jones of Jackson, FL, step-children Mary Miller , Tim Fleck, Cheryl Evans and Paul Fleck all of Vincennes, IN. 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Bonnie Swiger of Dunnellon, FL and Mary Ann Coppock Hedges of Plainfield, IN.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi Coppock, his parents and a brother, Bill Coppock
A Celebration of his Life will be held at the Funeral Home by his family. He will be laid to rest at a later date. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist the family during their time of loss.
