Obituary for Sherry Ann Montgomery Kennedy Sherry Ann Montgomery Kennedy, 75, of Vincennes, passed away Monday April 30, 2012 at Bridge Pointe Health Campus at 6:21 AM with her family at her bedside. She was born June 7, 1936 in Lawrence County Illinois the daughter of Clyde & Helen C. Brooks Montgomery. She was a retired nurse and she was married to Sherman R. Kennedy on Oct 27, 1990. She held memberships at the Moose, American Legion and VFW auxiliaries. She is survived by her husband, Sherman R. Kennedy, her daughters, Jill Waller, and her husband Dan of Washington, IN, Cindy Bean, and her husband Rick of Lawrenceville, IL and Kay Thais of Vincennes. Her grandchildren, Taylor Waller, Thais Waller, April Clark, Katlyn Thais and Blaize Thais and 7 Great Grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Ronnie & Monty Montgomery. A celebration of her life will be conducted at 7:00 PM Thursday May 3, 2012 at Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm on Thursday. Arrangements entrusted to Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home.
