Obituary for Steven Lee Jones Steven Lee Jones, 62, formerly of Vincennes, passed away Tuesday July 9, 2013 at his home in Rushville, IL. He was born June 8, 1951 in Vincennes the son of Arthur & Mavis Lucas Jones. He was a 1969 graduate of Lincoln High School and held an AS degree. He formerly was the owner/manager of Taco Rail, Burger Chef and various restaurants. He was a member of the Christ Community Church, Son�s of the American Legion and the VFW Men�s Auxiliary. He married Vickie Lynne Decker on December 18, 1993 and they made their life together for 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Vickie L. Jones, his children, Leslie Jones Stein of Vincennes, Christopher B. Jones of Vincennes and Jennifer Lambiotte McWhorter, and her husband Robert of Rushville, IL. 10 grandchildren, Cody Jones, Megan Jones, Taylor Alderton, Dustin Stein, Logan Jones, Olivia Jones, Gracelynn Jones, Blake McWhorter, Sacha McWhorter and Madison McWhorter. His mother, Mavis Lucas Jones of Vincennes, IN, a sister, Lisa Shreve, and her husband Jim of Vincennes. His former wife, Vickie Cox Stephens of Vincennes and several nieces and nephews also survives. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Jones, his father, Arthur Jones, 2 brothers, James Jones and Robert Jones. Funeral services will be celebrated Monday July 15, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Fellows officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 PM Sunday July 14, 2013 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the donor�s charity of choice.
