Obituary for Thelma G. Price Thelma G. Price, 76, of Bicknell, IN, after a long battle with illness, she met her Lord & Savior, October 6, 2011 at Select Hospital in Evansville, IN with her family. She was born in Sullivan County near Merom, the daughter of Ernest & Geneva Raley Roberts. She formerly worked for Uniroyal tire in Washington and was a waitress in various restaurants. She was a devoted member of the Word of Life Church in Bicknell and had a wonderful sense of making anyone she met feel better after talking with her. She married Robert G. Price on March 24, 1975 and they made their life together for over 36 years. She and her family moved to Bicknell to take care of her stepmother, Delphia Price. She is survived by her husband, Robert G. Price of Bicknell, son Michael Arnett, and his wife Susan of Vincennes, daughters, Debra Trujillo, and her husband, Christopher, of Vincennes, Paula Eaton of Vincennes and Teresa Frederick of Bicknell, IN. Her grandchildren, Christa Howder and her husband TJ, John Trujillo and his wife Mandy, Keith Trujillo, and his companion, Alicia, Nicole Eaton, Mitchell Eaton, and his companion Chelsea, Jeremy Thorne, Seth Hardig, Shane Snider, and his companion Britney, Zachary Frederick, and his wife Elizabeth. Her great grandchildren, Derrick Howder, Ethan Howder, Jayden Trujillo, Ali Trujillo, Cruz Trujillo, Keira Trujillo, Sophia Trujillo, Noah Eaton, Hunter Frederick and Joseph Boyd. Two Brothers, Alan Roberts of Petersburg, IN and Leon Roberts, and his wife Dawn of Merom, IN and a sister, Erma Abrams of Merom, IN also survive. Her parents, her stepmother and a sister, Martha Rose Roberts, and a brother, Jim Roberts preceded her in death. Funeral services will be celebrated Monday October 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Word of Life Church in Bicknell with Pastor John Moreland officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Edwardsport IOOF Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 pm Sunday at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel in Bicknell and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Memorial contributions can be made to her Word of Life church family.
