Obituary for Virginia Ann (Roe) Bridgewater Virginia Ann (Roe) Bridgewater, 75, of Vincennes, IN, passed away at 6:58 am Sunday at Jefferson Health and Rehab at Jefferson City, TN. She was born on April 5, 1937 in Wheatland IN, the daughter of Benjamin and Arvie Peach Field. She graduated high school and worked as a waitress for many years in the Vincennes area. She was a long standing member of the VFW and Eagles Auxiliary of Washington IN. She is survived by her son Wayne Roe and his wife Sue of Casanova, MI., two daughters Diana Lynn Meara, and Larry Jenkins of Fruitport, MI., Linda Royster and husband Randy of Dandridge, TN. Her grandchildren Tony, Michael, Tina, Brock, Sally, Heather and Cory. She also survived by seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Elvis and four sisters Thelma Snow, Ethel Fields, Dorothy Cox and Marjorie Bass. Funeral services will be held at Duesterberg- Fredrick Funeral Home on Thursday June 21, 2012 at 10:00 am with Rev. Roger Wright officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7 pm Wednesday June 20, 2012 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the donor�s charity of choice.
