Obituary for Virginia A. �Bilskie� Evans Virginia A. �Bilskie� Evans, 84 of Vincennes, passed away at 1:40 PM Friday March 29, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born November 29, 1928 in Knox County the daughter of Vincent Sr. & Jane A. Summers Bilskie. She retired from Crestview Nursing Home and she enjoyed going to the Senior Citizens Center. She was married to Delbert V. �Abe� Evans who preceded her in death on April 29, 1998. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Debbie A. Reese, and her husband Bill of Nobel, OK, David V. Evans, and his wife Beth of Vincennes and George D. Evans of Vincennes. Her grandchildren, Jennifer Syler, Kurtis Evans and Eric Evans. 4 Great grandchildren, a son in law, Steve Johnson of Oklahoma brothers, Ralph Bilskie, and his wife Linda of Bicknell, IN and James Bilskie and his wife Dallas of Indianapolis, IN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 children, Richard Evans and Theresa J. Johnson, her parents, 4 brothers, John R. Bilskie, Cyril Bilskie, Vincent Bilskie Jr. and Vernon D. Bilskie and a sister, Margaret Francis Bilskie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday April 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. David Martin officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday April 1, 2013 from 6 to 8 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
