Beverly Kay Duncan, 83, formerly of Edwardsport, passed away Saturday September 28, 2024 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Beverly was born October 24, 1940 in Clay County, IN the daughter of Herschel and Merle Geneva Dierdorff Froderman. She was a graduate of Edwardsport High School and she worked at Gossards and retired from Hermetic Coil after 31 years. She married Robert L. Duncan on August 18, 1974 and they made their life together for 47 years until his death on November 24, 2021. She attended Edwardsport Methodist Church.

Beverly is survived by her stepsons, Keith Duncan (Andrea) of Oaktown, IN, Stacey Duncan of Bicknell, IN and Chris Duncan (Julie). 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren also survive her.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bob Duncan, her parents and 2 sisters, Wanda Jean Wade and Nadine Wampler.

Funeral Services will be conducted Friday October 4, 2024 at Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jon McKinnon officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Edwardsport Town Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of services at 2:00 PM. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the donor's charity of choice. Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel is honored to assist the Duncan family during their time of loss.
