Obituary for Carol Sue Bennett-Dobson Carol Sue Bennett-Dobson, 43, passed away at the Norton Cancer Hospital in Louisville, KY, October 4, 2013 at 4:09 AM with her family at her bedside. She was born June 23, 1970 in Vincennes the daughter of Coleen Willis Bennett and Randell Bennett. She was a 1988 graduate of Lincoln High School ,Vincennes University where she earned an AS in Business Management and formerly was a secretary at Pioneer Oil Company. She was an active member of the Jaycees, Dreammakers, Relay for Life and formerly attended Old Cathedral Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Jamie Dobson, of Corydon, IN, her parents, Coleen Bennett of Vincennes and Randell Bennett of Washington, IN. a step-son, Nathen Dobson of Corydon, IN and her baby, her dog, Samantha. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday October 8, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest next to her grandparents in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday October 7, 2013 from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home and prior to the services on Tuesday. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Relay for Life, Norton Cancer Hospital or any charity that will help lead to the cure for cancer or the humane society.
