Obituary for Charles E. Foster Sr. Charles E. Foster Sr., 64, of Vincennes, IN passed away Saturday July 2, 2016 at the Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born January 9, 1952 in Vincennes the son of Arthur and Annabelle Eaton Foster. He married Donna J. Hawkins and she preceded him on July 9, 2010. He was an agriculture worker and truck driver for Gartner Farms He is survived by his children, Charles E. Foster Jr. of Vincennes, IN, Heather D. Seals of Vincennes, IN, Wendy S. Wimberly of Vincennes, IN, six grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers, Ted Foster of Winslow, In, Gene Foster of Vincennes, IN, Gary Foster of Vincennes, IN and four sisters, Mettie Rhodes of Monroe City, IN, Suzanne Tapley of Vincennes, IN, Sharon Smith of Vincennes, IN and Sandy Greentree of Bicknell, IN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Foster, a daughter, Chatta Foster and five brothers, Sonny Foster, Jim Foster, Dan Foster, Jack Foster and Raymond Arthur Foster. Funeral services will be conducted Friday July 8, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest next to his wife in the Sumner City Cemetery, Sumner, IL following the service. The family will receive friends from 11:00 until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the donor�s charity of choice.
