Obituary for Cindy M. Messer Cindy M. Messer, 59, of Bicknell, IN passed away Wednesday June 5, 2013 at 1:53 PM at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born March 11, 1954 in Vincennes the daughter of Wades "Red" & Marilyn �Tut� Joslin Carpenter. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at the Bicknell Country Club. She is survived by a son, Marlen Messer of Hilton Head, SC, her parents, Wades "Red" & Marilyn �Tut� Carpenter of Bicknell, her companion, Wayne Smith and a sister, Abby Haney, and her husband Lonnie of Bicknell. She will be missed by her nieces, Kayla Haney of Ragsdale, IN and Kasey Haney of Vincennes and her many cousins and friends. The family will receive friends Friday June 7, 2013 from 5 to 8 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel in Bicknell. Private funeral services will be conducted. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Good Samaritan Hospice through the funeral home. Arrangements entrusted to the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel.
