Obituary for Connie Conrad Connie Conrad, 76, passed away Monday, Dec. 1, 2014 in Akron, Ohio. She was born on Aug. 7, 1938, in Bicknell, In the daughter of Edd & Bessie Malone Hulen. She was a graduate of Bicknell High School and she married Howard �Tuffy� Conrad and they made their life together until his death in 2005. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Tammy Byrer and her husband, Donnie of Edwardsport, and Kitty Bursan and her husband, Pete of Akron; her son, Bill Reynolds of Dunedin, Florida; six grandchildren; Jeff Mize, Amanda Byrer, Ryan Mize, Talisha Mize, Hunter Byrer and Dillon Byrer. Seven great-grandchildren. Her step children, Cindy Walsh of Louisville, KY, Tim Conrad, and his wife Debbie of Bruceville, In, Jay Conrad, and his wife Joyce of Vincennes and Lisa Pitts of Louisville, KY also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard �Tuffy� Conrad, a daughter, Debbie her parents, Edd & Bessie Hulen, 2 brothers, Clarence �Friday� Hulen, Harold Hulen and a sister, Bernice Royer. A celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday December 13, 2014 at 12:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel. Pastor John Moreland will officiate. She will be laid to rest privately. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of services
