Dana L.(Parish) Wegehoft, 54, of Oaktown, passed away Monday January 19, 2026 at her residence. Dana was born November 10, 1971 in Vincennes the daughter of Russell C."Junior" Parish and Diana M. Briner Parish. She was a 1990 graduate of North Knox High School and formerly worked at Gemtron. On December 14, 1996 she married Frederick Wegehoft and they made their life together until his death on April 16, 2020. She loved reading, taking care of her grandchildren and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She lived her christian faith in her everyday activities with everyone she met.

Dana is survived by her children, Lacey (Raymond Wallace) Ellerman of Elberfeld, IN, Braden Ellerman of Oaktown, IN and Michelle (Travis) Harper of Odon, IN. She is also survived by har grandchildren, Madilynn Wallace, Gary Harper and Kenneth Harper and a brother, Kevin (Ruth) Parish of Evansville, IN.

Dana was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Wegehoft, and her parents, Junior and Diana M. Parish.

Funeral services will be celebrated Saturday January 24, 2026 at Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home at 1:00 PM with Pastor Tim Baxter officiating. She will be laid to rest with her parents in the Oaktown Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 12:00 (Noon) PM at the funeral home.
