Obituary for Daniel A. Wilson Daniel A. Wilson, 62, of Vincennes passed away Thursday April 1, 2021. Dan was born July 13, 1958 in Gary, IN the son of Kenneth and Mary Catherine Nash Wilson. He was a graduate of Lowell High School and worked for Wabash Utilities. He married Carol Harris on June 6, 1980 and they made their life together until her death on September 12, 2011. He was a loving father and grandfather Dan is survived by his daughters, Danielle Wilson Nurrenbern of Evansville, IN and Amy Wilson Collins, and her husband Rocky of Bicknell, IN. His grandchildren, Brynna Collins, Kable Collins, Cooper Nurrenbern and Jasper Nurrenbern. He is also survived by his brothers, Kenneth Wilson of Huntsville, TX, Theodore Wilson of Lowell, IN, a sister, Nola McCarty of Huntsville, TX and his companion, Shelia Kenworthy of Vincennes, IN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Wilson, his parents and a brother, Tony Wilson. Funeral services will be celebrated Tuesday April 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Fr. Tony Ernst officiating. He will be laid to rest next to his wife, Carol in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Duesterberg-Fredrick is honored to assist the Wilson family during their time of loss.
