Obituary for David D. Stevenson David D. Stevenson, 45, of Vincennes, passed away Wednesday March 13, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Hospital at 3:36 PM. He was born November 8, 1967 in Vincennes the son of Leonard R. & Sue A. Lewis Stevenson. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School in 1986 and he formerly worked as a driver for Knox County Ambulance and Wal-Mart. He was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church for many years. He is survived by his parents, Leonard R & Sue Stevenson, his companion David L. Lory Jr. his brothers, Robert D. Stevenson and Frederick L. Stevenson, of Vincennes and a sister Mary Frances Stevenson of Washington, IN. His nieces and nephews, Erin E. Stokes, Chesba M. Schronce, Dakota D. Stevenson, Derek L. Stevenson, Nevaeh D. Stevenson, Nathaniel J. Stevenson and Isaac B. Stevenson. A great niece and a great nephew and several uncles and aunts also survive. A gathering of his family and friends will be held at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home Friday March 22, 2013. The family will receive friends from 6:00 Pm until 7:00 PM with a service to be conducted at 7:00 PM with Pastor Tim Tesmer officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the family or the donor�s charity of choice.
