Elliott Lee Combs, 5 week old son of Jaxon and Shae Ritchie Combs, passed away October 16, 2025. Elliott was welcomed to his parents on September 10, 2025. He leaves behind his parents Jaxon and Shae Combs, his maternal grandmother, Rebecca Workman, great grandmother, Tina Worland and his great great grandmother, Rebecca Worland, his paternal grandparents, Steven and Kimberly Combs, and his great grandmother, Judy Sutton.

He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandfather, Richard Sutton.

A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist Elliott's family during their time of loss.
