Obituary for Ernest D. Clark Ernest D. Clark, 89, of Vincennes passed away Thursday evening at his residence with his family at his bedside. Ernest was born July 5, 1928 in London, KY the son of Willie and Hallie Brock Clark. He worked at various jobs retiring from Wal-Mart. He married Vickie Shaner on June 3, 1984 and they made their life together for 33 years. He was a member of Thursday Church and was a loving husband and father. He is survived by his wife, Vickie Clark, a son Jake Clark of Princeton, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Alfred Clark and a sister Ethel Shorter. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday May 1, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Pastor Andrea Clegg officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 AM to until the time of service at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to Good Samaritan Hospice in his memory.
