Obituary for Irvin D. Stout Irvin D. Stout, 83, formerly of Decker, IN, passed away August 18, 2020 at Gentle Care Nursing Center with his family at his bedside. Irvin was born Jan 27, 1937 in Center, NE the son o Ernest and Martha J. Menkens Stout. He was a Vietnam Veteran and was a local construction contractor. He is survived by his step children, Linda West of Alex City, AL and Paula Fredrick of Vincennes, IN. He was preceded in death by a step son, Ron Peach and a step daughter, Patricia Smith Stangle Private services will be held.
