Obituary for James C. Rice James C. Rice, 69, of Bicknell, IN, passed away Saturday May 18, 2019 at his residence. Jim was born March 19, 1950 in Miami, FL the son of Odie C. and Anna Kohn Rice. After high school he joined the U.S. Marine Corps and he served the country for over 21 years when he retired as a Gunnery Sgt. He was proud of his service and lived his life by the Marine Corps motto "SEMPER FI". He is survived by his children, James Rice of Great Falls, MT, Angela Rice of San Jacinto, CA, Kayla Fox of Bicknell, IN, Ashley Fox of Bicknell, IN and Johnathan Fox of Farmersburg, IN. Several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sisters, Anna Crockett of Wetumpka, AL and Gloria Flynn, and her husband Erich of Wetumpka, AL and his brother, Steven Rice of Hope Hull, AL. He was preceded in death by his first wife, his parents and a brother Ronald Rice. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
