Kathlena F. McCormick, 76, of Vincennes, IN passed away Wednesday July 2, 2025 at Gentle Care Health Center. Kathlena was born July 8, 1948 in Vincennes the daughter of Paul and Mary Arnold Larson. She graduated from St Rose Academy and attended Vincennes University. She worked at various businesses and retiried from Gentle Care where she worked in environmental services. She held membership in Bethany Christian Church and was devoted to her family. She took great pride in her dog, ACE.

Kathlena is survived by her family, Michelle (Jim) Madding of Avon, IN, Jannelle McCormick and her companion, Rodney McClure of Vincennes and Melynda McCormick of Avon, IN. Her grandchildren, Conner Madding, Cayden Madding, Korbynn Madding, Kennedy Madding and Alexa Detty. Her close friends, John and Joann Braithwaite of Vincennes, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents and five sisters, Sr. Mary Paul Larson, Alma Greenburg, Paula Reel, Judy Wilkinson and Phyllis Boehm.

Gravesite services will be conducted Thursday July 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Pastor Tom Buchanan officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her parents. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Vincennes Pet Port. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist Kathlena's family during their time of loss
