Obituary for Mark A. Phillips Mark A. Phillips, 63, formerly of Vincennes, passed away Sunday January 3, 2016 in Evansville. He was born September 28, 1952 in Vincennes the son of John A. and Mary Jane Bailey Phillips. He was a member of the last graduating class of Central Catholic High School, a former member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church an he owned and operated the Market Street Pub for several years. His is survived by his children, Ali Phillips, Molly Phillips and Elliot Phillips all of Lawrenceville, IL, his grandchildren, Gavin, Aiden and Benjamin. He is also survived by a brother, Mike Phillips of Indianapolis, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents. A gathering to celebrate of his life will be held Sunday January 10, 2016 at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home from 3 to 5 PM. Memorial donations can be made in his memory to the donor�s charity of choice.
