Mark W. Wendling, 70, of Vincennes, passed away Sunday November 12, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Mark was born October 24, 1953 in Vincennes the son of Walter and Mary Smith Carter Wendling. He was a graduate of 1971 Lincoln High School and was a member of ST, Frances Xavier /Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He worked for 31 years for the Vincennes Street Department until his retirement.

Mark is survived by his brother, Greg Carter, and his wife Marcia of Terre Haute and several cousins.

Private graveside services will be held on Thursday November 16, 2023 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Fr. Steven McGinnis officiating. He will be laid to rest next to his parents. Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the donor's charity of choice. Duesterberg-Fredrick is honored to assist Mark's family during their time of loss
