Obituary for Melinda G. Setser Melinda G. Setser, 53, of Vincennes, passed away July 7, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born July 9, 1960 in Washington, IN the daughter of Billy Scott and Nancy Tomson Scott Wininger. She was a waitress at various restaurants in the area and she was married to Dennis Setser. She attended the 1st Church of God in Monroe City. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Setser of Vincennes, children, Christi Stevenson Frye, Daniel Stork, Victoria Smith, Summer Setser all of Vincennes, Step children, Brandy Toppe, Indianola, Il, Dennis �Scott� Setser, Washington, IN, Ashlee Watson, Danville, IL. 16 Grandchildren and was expecting her 1st Great Grandchild. She is also survived by her sisters, Lesia Kovacs of Lewisville, TX and Cathy Martoglio of Marshall, IL. Memorial services will be announced at a later date
