Obituary for Nancy Carol Steele Scharbrough Nancy Carol Steele Scharbrough, 66, of Bicknell, IN passed away Wednesday June 5, 2013 at 11:25 AM at the Good Samaritan Hospital with her family at her bedside. She was born October 10, 1946 in Spencer, IN area the daughter of William & Genora Holland Babbs. She worked at various restaurants most recently at Blessings in Bicknell. She attended Mariah Creek Christian Church and was a devoted wife, mother, sister and aunt. She is survived by her family, Johnnie Scharbrough of Bicknell, Rick Babbs of Bicknell, William Steele of Indianapolis, Rebecca Workman of Indianapolis, Jennifer Johnson of Bloomfield, IN, Shannon Palmer of Campbellsburg, IN, 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. A Brother, Ronald Babbs of Bedford, IN, her sisters, Nina Armes, Marion Smith, Rachael Carpenter, Sandy Dawson & Darlene Robb all of Bloomington, IN. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, George & Thomas Robb and a sister Marvetta Boler. As per her request, her remains will be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the donor�s charity of choice.
