Norma Rogers, 84, of Vincennes, IN, passed away August 30, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Hospital with her family at her bedside. Norma was born July 26, 1941 in Vincennes the daughter of Adolfis Luthe and Bertha I. Clevy Quarterman. She graduated high school and was a homemaker. A devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother she enjoyed anything to do with her family.
She is survived by her son's, Bob Rogers, and his wife Tami of Vincennes, Dana Rogers of Vincennes and Bill Rogers of Lawrenceville, IL. Her grandchildren, Natasha (Danny) Anderson, Brittny (Treye) Chesser, Jasmine Rogers, Nikita Rogers, Charlie Rogers, Skyler Rogers, Ian M. Rogers, Beth (Gregory) Jenkins, Amanda J. Rogers, Amber L. Rogers, Brian T. Rogers, Billy W. Rogers, April Basset, Alicia R. Schuiteman. Her great grandchildren, Brady Anderson, Bella Anderson, Makayla Davis, Cameron Dillon, Cowyn Chesser, Abigail Jenkins, Blaze Boren, James V. Perrin III, Jaylea N. Schuiteman, Braden R. Orr, Aaron Deckard, Kiya N. Schuitema, Kyra A. Schuiteman, Brendon X. Fields, Dacoda K. Fields and Ashtyn L Moore. She is also survived by a sister, Shelia Combs of Vincennes, IN, two brothers, John Luthe of Olney, IL and Tom Quarterman of Oaktown, IN.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter in law, Diana Rogers, a brother, Carl Luthe and 2 sisters, Betty Luthe and Linda Quarterman.
Gravesite services will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday September 8, 2025 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Fr. Tony Ernst officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM at Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the donor's charity of choice. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist Norma's family during their time of loss.
