Obituary for Beverly R. Tapley
Beverly R. Tapley, 71, of Bicknell, IN passed away February 17, 2017 at the Freelandville, Community Home. She was born May 5, 1945 in Bicknell the daughter of Arthur “Boots” and Oma Tincher Keene. She was a graduate of Bicknell High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Bicknell Nazarene Church and was a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her son’s, Michael D. Tapley, and his wife Elissa of Toledo, OH and Matthew A. Tapley of Perrysburg, OH. Her granddaughters, Erika Tapley and Lindsey Tapley.
She was preceded in death by a daughter in infancy, Carla Rose Tapley, her parents, Arthur “Boots” and Oma Keene and her brothers, Arthur Keene Jr and Danny Keene.
Funeral services will be celebrated Saturday February 25, 2017 at 1:30 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Wampler Shaw Chapel with Pastor Matt Hoffman officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her daughter in the Bicknell Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM Saturday until the time of services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Knox County Humane Society in her memory.
