Obituary for Phyllis A. Hoalt Phyllis A. Hoalt, 78, of Vincennes, passed away Monday April 30, 2018 at 2:35 pm at Prairie Village Nursing Center in Washington, IN. Phyllis was born June 13, 1939 in Mt. Carmel, IL the daughter of Barney Stoltz and Frances Haulforc Grounds. She worked for over 31 years at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Central Supply. She is survived by her children, Tracy Tislow, Tammy Sweatnam and Trieka Hoalt all of Vincennes, a brother, Joe Grounds of Carlisle, IN and a sister Karen Norris of St. Francisville, IL. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Sandra Stoltz. A graveside service will be celebrated Tuesday May 8, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery where she will be laid to rest.
