Obituary for Richard L. �Rick� Phipps Richard L. �Rick� Phipps, 51, of Bicknell, IN passed away Tuesday September 13, 2016. He was born October 7, 1964 in Vincennes the son of Franklin D �Jack� & Minnie A. Keene Phipps. He formerly worked at Mullins Supply and was a member of Bicknell Nazarene Church and the French Club of Bicknell. He is survived by his brothers and sister, Frank Phipps, and his wife Kelly of Edwardsport, IN, Donald M. Phipps of Bicknell, IN and Mary L. (Phipps) Wadsworth, and her husband Jim of Bicknell, IN. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Friday September 16, 2016 Bicknell Nazarene Church with Pastor Brian Solomon and Jon McKinnon officiating. He will be laid to rest next to his family in the Bicknell Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of services at the church.
