Obituary for Rickey M. Harper Sr. Rickey M. Harper Sr. 65 of Vincennes, IN passed away January 28, 2021 at his residence with his family at his bedside. Rickey was born February 20, 1955 in Vincennes the son of Merle and Alice Cordaeu Harper. He was a devoted father, son and brother. He enjoyed his family at anytime they had together He is survived by his children, Angel Harper of Vincennes, IN, Rickey M. Harper Jr of Vincennes, IN, Tiffany Harper of Huntingburg, IN, Josh Murrell of Vincennes, IN and Daniel Murrell of Newburgh, IN. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jonathon Candler, Leland Candler, Merida Sloan, Lorah Sloan and he excited about the birth of his 5th grandchild in April. His sister, Brenda Warner also survives. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Harper. Gravesite services will be celebrated Tuesday February 2, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Jay Howder officiating. He will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 to 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to serve the Harper family during their time of loss.
