Obituary for Roxanna Marie Bailey Lewis Roxanna Marie Bailey Lewis, 51, of Vincennes passed away Friday October 14, 2016 at her residence. She was born August 23, 1965, in Lafayette, LA the daughter of Barbara Martin Doucet and Ivy and Mary Bailey. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked as a clerk at various places in Vincennes. She was married to Samuel Lewis. She is survived by her husband, Samuel Lewis, their daughter, Brittney Nicole Lewis and her fianc�e Kyle Nelson of Vincennes, IN. She is also survived by her step mother, Mary Bailey of Lafayette, LA, her sisters, Patricia Broussard, and her husband John of Lafayette, LA, Betty Suire of Lafayette, LA and Annette Lindsey, and her husband Darrell of Vincennes, IN, her brothers, Chris Racca, and his companion Patty of Lafayette, LA, Darrell Bailey of Vincennes, IN. She was preceded in death by her mother, her father and a sister Joanna Bailey. Funeral services will be celebrated Wednesday October 19, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home with Pastor Pete White officiating. She will be laid to rest in Lafayette, LA. The family will receive friends from 4:00 To 7:00 PM at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to Good Samaritan Hospital Dialysis Unit.
