Obituary for Roy W. Terry Jr.

Roy W. Terry Jr., 76, of Ragsdale, IN, passed away Wednesday May 31, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Hospital. Roy was born December 11, 1946 in Patoka, IN the son of Roy W. Sr. and Maxine Terry. He was a graduate of Princeton H.S. and worked as a steelworker for many years and retired from Septer Industries. He married Georgia Luttrel and they made their life together for over 50 years. He was a member of the French Club in Bicknell.

Roy is survived by his wife, Georgia Terry of Ragsdale, IN, a son, Roy W. Terry III of Lawrenceville, IL., grandchildren, Shawn Terry, Shyanne Terry, Cierra Terry Folley and a great grandson, James Carter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Paul Terry and a sister, Veranda Terry Pill.

A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date. Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home is honored to assist the Terry family during their time of loss.
